CMA Application
This application is used for becoming part of the Church Ministry Association ("CMA"): ordination, church/ministry affiliation and house church. The application process begins online.
The application process is tiered; tier one is used to qualify applicants for the House Church program. Tier two is to qualify church/ministry applicants as affiliates. Tier three is to qualify applicants for acknowledgement as ordained ministers.
BEFORE YOU START:

2) THE REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE IS $50.00 USD
3) THE #1 REASON FOR CMA REVOCATION IS UNFAITHFULNESS IN FINANCIAL COMMITMENT.
2 Timothy 4:5 has never been about money and the financial commitment is based on the tithe of the priest found in Numbers 18:26. Nothing in this commitment should be outside of what every believer is already doing. Luke 16:10-11 (AMP) He who is faithful in a very little [thing] is faithful also in much, and he who is dishonest and unjust in a very little [thing] is dishonest and unjust also in much. Therefore if you have not been faithful in the [case of] unrighteous mammon (deceitful riches, money, possessions), who will entrust to you the true riches?
House Church: For those who feel called of God, agree with our mission and statement of faith may apply to be participate in our House Church outreach. The qualifications for participating are fewer than other application types.
Church/Ministry Affiliation: This requires the applicant to provide a greater amount of information including references. 2 Timothy 4:5 provides accountability and personalized ministry support.
Ordination: The ordination applicant must provide the greatest amount of information, including references to verify the calling of God on their life.
NOTE: Not all applicants receive approval of their application. Approximately 75% of applications make it past the initial screening. In the event your application is denied your $50 application fee will be refunded.
Expect to receive a response from 2 Timothy 4:5 within two to four weeks from the time your application is submitted.... ONLY applications filled out completely will be considered. The application process takes approximately 120 days.
Warning: Do not consider affiliation with 2 Timothy 4:5 if you are doing so for potential financial support. 2 Timothy 4:5 rarely considers financially supporting any organization that has not been a faithful affiliate for 2 to 3 years. Only applications that are filled out completely will be considered.
