Mark S. Morales has been involved in Christian ministry since 1993. He has served as a youth counselor, children's director, and as an assistant pastor on Long Island, New York. Mark is an ordained minister as well as an X-ray Technologist and Assistant Director of Radiology at Medical Center of Mesquite in Texas. He currently is pastoring a House Church, Lighthouse Fellowship. Mark resides in Grand Prairie Texas with his wife Linda and two children Sarah, Mark II and their new addition John William.

Russhell Bland has been involved as an Overseer for 2 Timothy 4:5 for four years. After working with Overseer Whitwam in an administrative capacity since 1990, Russhell received her ordination confirmation at a ceremony held at Hillside Worship Center in Oakville, WA. July 2005. The service was conducted by Overseer Whitwam, at which time he appointed Russhell Director of Ministry for the Pacific Northwest.

Pastor Joel Santos was born in Mindoro, Philippines. Raised in a Christian home, he worked for a secular organization until the Lord called him. For 12 years he served as a full time missionary and Board Secretary of the Philippine Missionary Fellowship. God then gave him a vision to establish an independent ministry in the urban and slum areas in Metro Manila. April of 2001 by the grace and leading of the Lord, the Evangelical Christian Church of Manila (ECCM) was established. Pastor Joel and his wife Levy have two children Jesher age 9 & Jael age 5. Pastor Joel has a B.S. in Accounting, M.B.A., M.A. in missions and a Doctorate degree in pastoral studies. In addition God has used Pastor Joel to develop Evangelical Life Ministries International (ELMI) and Precious Heritage Children's Home, Inc. with a growing number of House Churches and a vision of planting 300 in all the major Philippine cities. Pastor Joel serves as the Director of Ministry in the Philippines for 2 Timothy 4:5.

The Reverend Dr. Godwin Ofosuhene is the visionary of Home of Refuge Ministry International Ghana. He is a man of God with great vision for the propagation of the Gospel. Pastor Godwin believes that unless God's people have a clear understanding of where they are headed, the probability of a successful journey is severely limited; and that true vision is imparted by God to His chosen people to better enable them to know His mind and to do His will.
Pastor Godwin attended "International Faith Theological Seminary" and holds a Doctor Degree in Theology. Evangelist/Minister Carol Ann Caster is the Founder of Agape Light Ministries and serves as Associate Minister at The Living Word Church in Affton, MO.  She is an ordained minister and has been involved in Evangelistic Ministry for 30 years, preaching, teaching, and following the direction of the Holy Spirit. Paul Caster sits on the 2 Timothy 4:5 Advisor Committee having a strong background in the financial arena. This is in addition to his administrative responsibilities for Agape Light Ministries. He is President and founder of CCSI, a private management consulting firm, engaged in various specialized industry assignments to service individual and business clients.
Chris Muller has a Bachelors and Masters of Ministry from Andersonville Theological Seminary and is currently working on her Doctorate in Theology. She is an ordained minister and has received the CSRM Sports Ministry Certification and is a former board member of The Sports Consortium and the Hall of Fame Chapter of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and former editor of the "Sports Minister Journal". Chris is the founder and president of Fire and Truth Ministries and also is the editor of "The Word On Fire" newsletter. She is also the Director of HOPE Ministries at Dueber Church as well as a member of the Praise Team.
Chris is a gifted speaker and worship leader and has shared at Women's and Sports Ministry Conferences, and has authored two Bible studies, "Fit to Serve the Master" and "Passionate Pursuit", and the upcoming book, "The Truth Shall Make You FREE".


She and husband Tony have been married for over 20 years and have one daughter, Kayla, and reside in Massillon, Ohio.

Greg Irwin sits on the 2 Timothy 4:5 Advisor Committee and has been self employed for over 20 years. Greg has been an Elder, Deacon and prayer partner of Overseer Whitwam for 20 years. Greg and wife Patti live in Olympia WA and have 5 children: Karrisa, Sara, Joshua, Jacob and Kayliegh.
Biography of Linda Morales: Linda is an anointed worship leader and gospel singer. She is the wife of Overseer Mark Morales and the mother of 3 beautiful children Sarah, Mark II and John. Pastor Roberto D. Abella has a double Masters of Arts, one in Education from Philippine Christian University & one in Theology from Philippine Baptist Theological Seminary and holds a Doctorate in Pastoral Studies from Open Arms Bible Institute. Pastor Abella has 25 years experience as a writer and editor for: Evangelical Thrust Magazine, The Evangelicals Today Magazine, Evangelical Life Magazine and The Lifeline Magazine. For 27 years he has been a minister including the founding Pastor of Antipolo Christian Church in 2000 and has served as school president of Central Bible Seminary, served as Academic Dean of Philippine Missionary Institute and from 2005-2007 served as Dean of Open Arms Bible Institute and Seminary. He is married to wife Cynthia and together they have a daughter Love Grace.

Knowing from the age of  19 that they were called to the ministry together. Scott & Tina spent the ten years prior preparing, working and training with several ministries for the call God has on their lives. In 1994 Scott & Tina left the corporate world for full-time ministry, a life commitment to the work of Christ.
In February 1994, Scott & Tina began working with an international ministry that included and local congregation and outreach in Richmond B.C., during the same time period they had the opportunity to be involved with Christian radio KNTR in Ferndale Washington. Overseer Scott & Tina have had the opportunity to be involved in ministry around the world.
Prior to the organization of 2 Timothy 4:5 in April of 2000, Scott & Tina were part of the congregation New Beginnings Church of God in Tumwater WA. With the support of their Pastor, Tom Watkins, they began holding regular services in their home in August of 2000. After much prayer and wise counsel they planted
and pastored the non-denominational Bible believing congregation Hillside Worship Center, in Oakville Washington and soon after formed the Church Ministry Association - CMA. After 5 years as senior pastors they moved to Mesa Arizona where they continue to act as Overseers of 2 Timothy 4:5.
Shirley Skeen has been a part of 2 Timothy 4:5 since 2000. She has been a Christian for 27 years and spent considerable time in children's ministry. In 2002 Shirley became responsible for children's ministry with 2 Timothy 4:5. Shirley resides in Olympia, WA.

Keith and Tina Maxwell spent several years in youth ministry. They used their gifts of worship to reach young people in a practical and relevant way. Keith, Tina and their son Jordan live in Azel Texas and are actively involved in ministry for 2 Timothy 4:5. Keith has been assisting with the world missions and Tina, a talented graphics artist uses her gifting for 2 Timothy 4:5 in addition to running Maxwell Creations (www.maxwellcreation.com) where she develops logos and web sites for churches and ministries.
